Common questions about pricing
- How much does a special-needs sitter cost in Idaho?
- Through us: $35/hour for members or $45/hour for non-members (with a one-time $50 onboarding fee on your first drop-in). The Standard membership is $100/month for 3 hours of included sitting; Premium is $200/month for 7 hours. Sitters earn $25/hour flat. No insurance billing, no surge pricing.
- Do my included hours roll over?
- No. Hours reset on the 1st of each month. We made this call so the price stays simple and the math stays honest — you'll always know what your month looks like.
- What happens if I go over my included hours?
- Member overflow is $35/hour. We charge it to the card on file at the end of the booking, just like any other charge.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime. Your hours stay good through the end of the paid period. We don't pro-rate, but we also don't make you call anyone or jump through hoops to leave.
- What's the cancellation policy on a booking?
- More than 48 hours notice: free. 12–48 hours: 50%. Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100%. The sitter is paid on the same schedule, because their time was already blocked.
