Common questions about pricing

How much does a special-needs sitter cost in Idaho?
Through us: $35/hour for members or $45/hour for non-members (with a one-time $50 onboarding fee on your first drop-in). The Standard membership is $100/month for 3 hours of included sitting; Premium is $200/month for 7 hours. Sitters earn $25/hour flat. No insurance billing, no surge pricing.
Do my included hours roll over?
No. Hours reset on the 1st of each month. We made this call so the price stays simple and the math stays honest — you'll always know what your month looks like.
What happens if I go over my included hours?
Member overflow is $35/hour. We charge it to the card on file at the end of the booking, just like any other charge.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Your hours stay good through the end of the paid period. We don't pro-rate, but we also don't make you call anyone or jump through hoops to leave.
What's the cancellation policy on a booking?
More than 48 hours notice: free. 12–48 hours: 50%. Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100%. The sitter is paid on the same schedule, because their time was already blocked.
