For families

How it works

Here's the whole thing, end to end. If something is unclear, that's on us — tell us.

  1. 1

Name, email, phone, your zip. Tell us about your kid: what helps, what doesn't, what a good sitter would want to know going in. Add a payment method, upload a photo ID. We verify it ourselves before your first booking.

  2. 2

    Pick a path

Standard membership at $100/month for 3 hours. Premium at $200 for 7. Or drop-in at $45/hour with a $50 first-time onboarding fee. Cancel any time — we won't make it weird.

  3. 3

    Book a sitter

Tell us when, how long (2-hour minimum), and anything special. We surface 1–3 sitters who fit your kid's profile, your part of town, and your timing. Two-minute videos and bios on every card.

  4. 4

    Confirm

If you want to talk to a sitter first, we set up a free 20-minute video intro. Otherwise, hit confirm. The sitter has up to 4 hours to accept; if they pass, we offer it to the next match automatically.

  5. 5

    The booking itself

Sitter arrives, taps in. You hand off, head out. They text if anything comes up. They tap out when you're back. You confirm in the app. That's it.

  6. 6

    After

Both of you rate the booking. The sitter gets paid on a schedule that depends on their tier — new sitters in 7 business days, experienced sitters in 1–3, or instant for our Premier tier. You can favorite a sitter to make them show up first next time.

A few common questions

How long until I can book my first sitter?
Most families finish onboarding in under 10 minutes. Once your photo ID is verified, you can book right away. The sitter accept window is up to 4 hours, so for same-day bookings give yourself a buffer.
What if I'm not sure which sitter to pick?
Watch the 2-minute video on each card. Read the bio. If you'd like to talk first, we'll set up a free 20-minute video intro before you confirm. The sitter is paid $10 for that call so it's a real conversation, not a sales pitch.
What does the sitter actually do during the booking?
Companionship and supervision. They follow your house rules, your routine, your notes. They do not give medication, they do not run behavior plans, they do not chart sessions. If you need any of that, you're in the wrong place — and we'll happily point you to the right one.
