What we do
The whole offer
We connect families in the Treasure Valley with off-duty pros — Registered Behavior Technicians, Direct Support Professionals, paraeducators, and special education teachers — for ad-hoc bookings. Two-hour minimum, cash pay, no insurance.
They show up. They sit. They follow your house rules and the notes you wrote. They text you if something comes up. They go home. That's it.

What we are not
We are not a substitute for the work that happens in clinics or schools. We do not run behavior plans. The people we list are qualified Sidekicks when they work through us — companionship and supervision. The professional work stays at their day jobs, which is where it belongs. If what you need is something a clinician should be doing, we'll help you find it elsewhere.

How we vet
Six gates before a Sidekick meets you
- • National criminal background check, paid by us.
- • National Sex Offender Public Registry check.
- • At least two references, called by a real person on our team.
- • A two-minute video the Sidekick records so you see them in their own words.
- • Active credential verification (RBT, DSP, paraeducator, SpEd) where applicable.
- • Annual re-checks.
